The classic BLT includes smoky bacon, lettuce, and tomatoes with a luxurious coating of mayonnaise. This baby is pretty much perfect as is.
Or is it? My son loves this sandwich and since I most often skin my chicken, it works out when he's in town. As for me, I thought "never happen" to my palate.
