BRINE SOAK (for about 8 ears):
- 1 gal. water
- 1/2 c. salt
- 1/2 c. sugar
When you're ready to grill, be sure the grill is HOT (try doing over direct fire). Cover and rotate every 2 min. until "charred to perfection".
